Liability - DB Freelance is not responsible to you at law, by statute or in equity or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury incurred by you (whether direct or indirect) arising from this material or from an inability to use this website. If however the law limits DB Freelance's ability to exclude this liability, or it is held liable to you, then (unless the law requires otherwise) it's liability is limited to the cost you directly incurred to view this website.

Anti-Spam Policy - To prevent spam and your online security I will never email you news updates, advertising or special offers to your client email address, all this information will be displayed online within the Client Service Centre. You may receive an automatic email notification when an order for a service or product has been placed, or invoice for a service is due.

Privacy Policy - Any personal information that you submit, either by email or phone will not be passed on to any other companies, businesses in any way. Website Hosting - A minimum of 3 months registration in any given period is required. Upon payment being processed and client service account setup your new hosting account will be setup within 24 hours. DB Freelance offers reliable and secure online website hosting as available and does not take any responsibilities for non-working website's or sites with errors. It is up to the owner and/or webmaster of the website to maintain his or her site. I offer 7 days a week online customer support for any questions, queries a client may have or problems with their administration and/or hosting account. I do regular updates to the server and backup of all client accounts to ensure best service is delivered, along side that of my support team based in the USA.

Payment Information - I accept Direct Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card - Visa, Master Card, American Express (through Paypal) payments in EURO and NZD for any one service or product available on DB Freelance. Paypal are accepted on selected services only and for clients outside of New Zealand and Australia. By submitting information and purchasing a product/service through my order form(s), you are legally by law obliged to complete your purchase unless an official reason of cancellation is given.

General Products - For all general product purchases, payment must be processed within 7 days of original purchase or invoice date. Due to my products being electronic and not a physical item, I offer no refunds on downloadable purchase(s) such as graphics packages and/or website template designs. The reason for this is to protect my clients, my business and the product, as it is unlimited and able to be copied as many times as wanted. Which gives the chance for false refund requests and the purchaser keeping the delivered product at the same time.

Ongoing Services - For extended services an invoice prior to the expiration date will be sent, with up to 14 days payment time.

Graphic Development - A 25% up front payment may be required and will be advised at time of purchase. 3 initial design developments to the clients specifications will be produced, if at this time no suitable arrangement has been meet where the client is satisfied with the end result, either DB Freelance or the client has the option to cancel the design contract held within these terms and conditions at no extra cost. The 25% up front payment is not refundable if either the client or DB Freelance cancel the contract and covers all work completed up to that point. Ongoing design samples can be produced if the client wish's to continue from €10.00 per 3 designs, which may vary on project type.

Website Development - A 50% up front payment will be required and will be advised at time of purchase. Upon receiving all specifications from the client, development will begin. various changes may be made as requested through this development period, if at this time we have still not found a suitable arrangement where the client is satisfied with the end result and wish's to cancel any further development, the 50% up front payment is not refundable if the client cancels the contract and covers all work completed up to that point. If a third party programmer or script is required to be purchased before development begins, if the initial project result is not that of the clients needs and contract is cancelled, no refund will be given on such service/program. Program/script and any work completed will be handed over to the client along with any purchase licenses or ownership agreement(s).
